The Singapore Hoarding Task Force
The Hoarding Task Force is an organisation that was set up in 2014 and it provides help to those adversely affected by the hoarding habit of others. It helps to bring in relevant agencies on a case-to-case basis to help alleviate the problems brought about by hoarding to the community.

The Hoarding Task Force comprises of the Ministry of National Development, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social and Family Development, police, HDB, SCDF, National Environment Agency, People’s Association, and Institute of Mental Health. Together, their joint expertise is able to target specific aspects of hoarding by employing different agencies in different situations to effectively rectify the problems by proper allocation of resources.

HDB and Town Councils serves as the lead agencies looking into hoarding cases before bringing in the relevant agencies specific to each case. Through such an arrangement, hoarding is thus better targeted and addressed.
